Secondary School
Locations and facilities
Our Centre for Secondary Education is located in the Moraleja area. It is a modern centre and orientated towards students between the ages of 12 to 18. The Centre is equipped with laboratories for physics, chemistry, natural sciences, languages, multimedia, computer science, art, journalism and a technology workshop and ICTs, all of which enable students to achieve outstanding results in a healthy environment. The Centre’s syllabus and its methodologies are in continuous development and renewal through the International Pedagogy Directorate (D.I.P.) which is the competent body which controls the quality and methodology of our educational system.
Education programme
Our educational programme focuses on the development and promotion of the capacities and skills of our students: comprehension and verbal expression, numerical calculus, reflective thought, memory, attention, physical skills, personality development and social behaviour. We provide tools for the organization of their work, strategies to follow and appropriate study techniques. We also encourage students to develop their own personal criteria, initiative, and creativity.
In this stage we emphasize teaching students to respect and value their bodies, given that this stage of their education coincides with great psychological and physical changes in the adolescent.
