Get Your Driver’s License at BRAINS: Practical Training for Bachillerato and DP Students

Brains International School La Moraleja, one of Madrid’s leading private international schools, presents a new edition of the “Get Your Driver’s License at Brains” program. This initiative reflects our commitment to practical, real-life education that helps students develop autonomy and essential future-ready skills.

Through the official Collaboration Agreement between Brains International School La Moraleja and Autoescuela Merinero, students in Grade 12 and the Diploma Programme (DP) can prepare for their driving license directly at school. The program strengthens our educational mission by combining academic excellence with practical learning opportunities.

Category B License for Grade 12 Students

Dates: November 19, 2025 to January 30, 2026, after first-term exams.
Format: on-site theoretical classes (40 hours) and official driving practice.
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 15:30 to 17:00 (Fridays until 17:30).
Capacity: maximum 20 students.

Fees:

Theory: 50 € per month for three months.
Driving practice (45 minutes): 35 €.
Registration fee: 45 €, covered by the school.
Official DGT fees: paid by families, with preferential conditions.

Category B License for Diploma Programme Students

DP students can choose an intensive live online course, specifically designed to fit the academic structure of the IB Diploma Programme.

Dates: May 25–29, 2026.
Duration: 3 hours of live online teaching per day + tutorials and guided platform work.
Capacity: maximum 20 students.

Fees:

Intensive theory course: 50 €.
Driving practice (45 minutes): 35 €.
Registration fee: 45 €, covered by the school.
Official DGT fees: paid by families.

AM (Microcar) and Motorbike Licenses

Students aged 15 and above may also prepare for the AM or motorbike licenses under the same preferential conditions offered by Autoescuela Merinero.

Registration Process

Families must complete the online registration form before November 19, 2025 or until places are filled.
All registrations will be managed by the school’s administrative office.
