Our educational itineraries particularly stress the study of a second foreign language (French or German), which we consider to be essential. We prepare and guide our students in order for them to develop their skills and capacities to the fullest. Moreover, we pay special attention to the expression and creativity of our students. Thus, our Music School has designed an optional subject called Instrumental Music, which is integrated in the official educational syllabus. The aim of Special Music is to put into practice musical knowledge through instrumental and vocal groups, learning how to compose music and techniques to allow self-expression in a motivating environment.
Our Methodology is accompanied by:
1°) A Programme of Values prepared by the Student Counseling Department which is carried out during weekly tutorials with the students. The objective is the development of moral criteria and prevention of any anti-social or dangerous behaviour which could damage the physical or mental well being of the students.
2º) Sports practice as a means to personal progress and the path to achieve our motto “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano”.
Tools which enable cooperative learning between students, which reflect immediately in academic results and development of social-emotional skills; all of which is carried out with new technologies (ICTs).
Optional 100% English Baccalaureate
Once our students reach Baccalaureate, they will have achieved an excellent academic level which will ensure their complete success during their adaptation to university life. It is paramount that students should be fully prepared in order to be able to take appropriate decisions regarding their professional future.
Due to the students’ proficiency in the English language, Brains School is now in the process of implementing an optional Baccalaureate, exclusively taught in English (optional), maintaining the same high academic standards our students are accustomed to. There is also the possibility of adapting each programme to the specific needs of each student, including different subjects and languages.
Brains School is proud to have been accepted as an official candidate in order to offer International Baccalaureate.
This will allow students to fully complete their equilingual learning process in our schools, with an international focus for their future that will allow them to have access to prestigious universities worldwide.
